|Out-Of-Stock Items And Back Orders|
Occasionally, an item may be out of stock even though our website shows it as being in stock when you order. This can happen because we have orders coming in via phone, fax, and email, and the website inventory may not have been adjusted yet to reflect these orders that are already in the processing queue. Another way it can happen is when a shipment is due to arrive shortly from one of our suppliers. In order to supply your items quickly, the website allows your order to be processed. If an item that you order is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know.
If you want to back-order an item that is out of stock, please contact us. If you back-order an item, we will ship it to you as soon as we get it. We won’t charge you for the item until we are about to ship it.
Huge Inventory with Online Status
We strive to have all items in stock at all times so that you can get what you need when you need it. Generally, our website only shows those items that are in stock. The primary exceptions are full-sized tables and robots: most of these always show as being in stock because we ship them both from our own warehouses and also from our partners’ warehouses. If you order one of these items when it is out of stock, we will contact you.
The other exception is when a shipment is due to arrive shortly from one of our suppliers. In order to supply your items quickly, the website allows the order to go through. Rest assured that you are never charged for the products you have ordered until they are ready to ship (unless you authorize us to charge you in advance to guarantee the current price).
