For the moment, we will only ship to locations within Canada. We understand the desire for international shipping and are committed to restoring this service as soon as the tariff situation allows.

If your order is less than CAD$77.90, there is a fixed shipping fee of CAD$14.95. There is no shipping fee for orders containing only gift certificates.

• For U.S. Customers: We do not ship from Canada to the U.S. Tables and robots are shipped directly from warehouses in the U.S. to American consumers. Please see our U.S. drop-ship information page for details on taxes and duty.

For most items, we process and ship your order within two business days of when you place it. Exceptions to this are noted below.

Note that we consider orders placed after 4:00 p.m., Eastern time, to have been placed on the next business day. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed, we will contact you to let you know.

If you provide us with an email address, you should receive an email with tracking information.

Tables and robots for U.S. customers are shipped from warehouses within the United States. For all customers, orders containing these items may take longer for us to process and for tracking information to become available. Generally, we will send you the tracking information within five to eight business days of when you place your order.
